Jonathan Rogin is a partner of Berger Webb Hone & Rogin and a member of its employment practice and commercial litigation groups.
In the employment arena, Mr. Rogin regularly represents Wall Street and other executives in litigation and arbitration of all matters relating to their employment, including compensation disputes, the enforceability of restrictive covenants and discrimination claims. He also counsels employees outside of litigation in the negotiation of employment agreements and related contracts and, where necessary, the terms of separation agreements. Mr. Rogin’s litigation practice involves a variety of business issues including breach of contract and fiduciary duty, fraud and fraudulent inducement, insurance, professional liability and disputes between business partners and LLC members.
Mr. Rogin is admitted to practice in New York and before the U.S. District Courts for the Southern and Eastern Districts of New York. He is currently a member of the Labor & Employment Committee of the Association of the Bar of the City of New York.
